Woodland Hospice is a non-profit organization providing support to clients diagnosed with a life threatening illness, and offering comfort to their families. We provide exceptional end of life care, as well as bereavement care to Isabella and surrounding areas of Gratiot, Clare, Mecosta, Midland and Montcalm counties.
